Michele was originally recommended to me back in 2019 when we first considered selling our family cabin in Big Bear. Although we decided not to sell at that time, I kept her contact information because I was impressed with her knowledge of the Big Bear market and professionalism. When we were finally ready to sell in May 2026, I reached out to Michele again, and I’m so glad I did. She was excellent to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, always picked up my calls, answered my questions, and kept the process moving. Her communication was excellent, and I never felt like I was waiting for information or wondering what came next. Let me save you a lot of work! Michele is YOUR agent! We found her after having a poor agent and looking for a replacement. In a very poor sellers market, she was able to bring a buyer and get the job done. I truly believe if it weren't for her, it wouldn't have gotten done.
