Michele helped me find my first real estate purchase in Sugarloaf. She answered all my calls and explained the process to me so that it was stress-free. I recommend Michele to first time buyers who are nervous and on a budget.

I was overwhelmed by multiple offers and buyers who were not qualified to buy my property in Eagle Point. Michele created a plan to manage all the chaos and I was able to sell for way more than I thought I could.

Michele sold our Big Bear City log home quicker than we imagined in this uncertain market. She was able to maneuver through the negotiating phase and we ended up paying very little closing costs.

I would recommend Michele to any seller who needs to move quick. Michele told me that setting the price was the toughest part of the process and she was right. I followed her advice,  and the property sold within 30 days and I was able to move closer to family.
